PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open and close an exhaust valve in the prescribed timing without enlarging a device and without increasing a cost in an engine for driving opening and closing of the suction-exhaust valves by electromagnetic actuators. SOLUTION: This valve driving device is provided with the suction valve 40, the exhaust valve 50, the electromagnetic actuators 60 and 70, a suction port 31 and an exhaust port 32, a pressure chamber 36 having an opening part 36a for communicating with the exhaust port 32 and a pressure introducing passage 35 for introducing cylinder internal pressure to the pressure chamber 36 are arranged in a cylinder head 30, a second valve element 53 for opening and closing the opening part 36a is arranged in the exhaust valve 50, and the cylinder internal pressure in a cylinder bore 11 is made to act on a second valve element 53 as assisting force when opening the exhaust valve 50.
