PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a task performing application from being complicated, reduce the developing labor, and guarantee a normal processing. SOLUTION: This program execution management device is provided with a memory means 8a storing the identification information of a plurality of processing elements utilized in processes for the identification information of the processes sequentially utilizing the processing elements and the execution sequence, a memory means 8b storing the identification information of restoring processing elements to be executed when an abnormality occurs for individual identification information of a plurality of processing elements, an execution means 11a recognizing the identification information of the processing element to be processes next in reference to the memory means 8a based on a processing element utilization request from the processes, and a restoration execution means 11b executing restoration processing element corresponding to this abnormality in reference to the memory means 8b based on the identification information of the processing element generating the abnormality when the abnormality is generated during the execution of the processing elements.
