摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility of breaking an exhaust heat recovering boiler and a gas turbine and damaging piping when there is no blocking-up preventive function in a steam branching part for making desuperheating bypass steam and when there is no thermal stress generation preventive function in a steam confluent part for merging two steams having a temperature difference when using the steam as a desuperheating medium of superheated steam. SOLUTION: In this combined cycle power generation plant composed of a gas turbine plant, a steam turbine plant and the exhaust heat recovering boiler, the exhaust heat recovering boiler 4 is provided with the steam branching part for brnaching off a superheated steam pipe into a main flow side steam pipe 35 and a desuperheating steam bypass side pipeline 36 in an inlet part of a high pressure superheater and the steam confluent part for mixing this main flow side steam with desuperheating steam after being heated by introducing the main flow side steam into the high pressure superheater, and the function for preventing blocking-up of a main flow side steam pipeline and a desuperheating steam bypass pipeline is imparted to the steam branching part, and the thermal stress relieving function is imparted to the steam confluent part.
