PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design panel having a crushed face and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: Pattern surface machining parts in which a panel surface has a surface machining part provided with a marked level difference between high and low positions on adjacent crushed faces, the boundary of adjacent crushed faces is substantially vertical and shapes of the crushed faces are similar to each other on the whole are provided in two or more parts to provide a light-weight cellular concrete panel in which shapes of the crushed faces for pattern surface machining do not agree in minute parts and a manufacturing method therefor. As a result, it is possible to provide the design panel making the boundary between the crushed faces clear and having dynamic, emotional, and unique surface property.
