PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house facility provided with a CATV system where production of a noise caused in the case of transmitting data from the multiple dwelling house to a CATV station can be reduced at a low cost and to provide a CATV system installation work method. SOLUTION: The multiple dwelling house facility is provided with a CATV broadcast station, a CATV system that sends/receives a data signal in two-way, a 1st transmission line where 1st connector terminals of houses are connected in series to transmit an outgoing data signal to each house, a 2nd transmission line where 2nd connector terminals of the houses are connected in a tree to transmit an incoming data signal to each house, and an in-premises head end that is placed between a CATV network and each house and connected to the 1st and 2nd transmission lines to transmit the outgoing data signal to the 1st line and to transmit the incoming data signal to the CATV network.
