PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audience rating data analysis system and an audience rating data analysis method by which a cause to fluctuation in a CM audience rating can clearly be specified and data for CM broadcasting can be provided under a more efficient condition. SOLUTION: After audience rating data by broadcast station and CM broadcast data are received (step S1), a user selects a CM condition being an analysis object (step S3), data in matching with the condition are acquired from and collated with the received data, the yield by each analysis object CM is calculated and the program is finished (steps S5-S9). According to the obtained CM audience rating analysis data (refer to Figure 5), the user can confirm an analysis object CM chance just preceding audience rating (or an average audience rating the analysis object CM of which is broadcast), an audience rating when the CM is broadcast, and a broadcast status in other broadcast stations in cross-reference with each other.
