PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement measuring apparatus capable of measuring the displacement amount of an object to be measured while avoiding the influence of vibration due to disturbance. SOLUTION: A processing unit 103 drives a displacement sensor 101, and a vibration sensor 102, and processes signals output front the sensors to calculate the displacement amount and the vibration amount by each designated time interval. The calculated displacement amount is transmitted to a data processor 110 through a displacement output part 105. On the other hand, the vibration amount is compared with a predetermined value, for example, and when the vibration amount is larger than the value, a signal showing the effect that vibration having the possibility of exerting an influence upon the displacement measurement is generated is transmitted to the data processor 110 through a displacement variation informing part 104. Thus, it is informed that the displacement amount transmitted from the displacement output part 105 is probably erroneous.
