<p>An internet charging system for traffic data passing through a second provider area when data from a source, i.e. a first provider area, is passed through the second provider area different from the first provider area and transmitted to the destination of a third provider area different from the second provider characterized by comprising a step of storing source identification information affixed to the traffic data, a step of totalizing information concerning the traffic data for each piece of source identification information, and a step for determining the amount of money charged for each piece of source identification information depending on the amount of passing information concerning the traffic data totalized for each piece of source identification information.</p> |
