<p>A portable storing medium and its recorder which can input and output automatically and efficiently an image and text data off-line to from digital copy machine, scanner, printer, facsimile, portable telephone, liquid crystal projector, TV receiver, and the like. The portable storing medium stores a plurality of data files, as well as job information integrated in one job file and required for executing specified processing on a plurality of designated data files. A job file has a plurality of job information blocks each specified to have a fixed size, for storing a plurality of pieces of job information, and each of the plurality of job information blocks includes identification information indicative of whether that job information block is in use or not.</p> |
