A mobile and stationary electronic device for rapid and long-term comprehension of learning material in the long-term memory. The learning material to be comprehended exists as an audio signal and is fed into the device, in which a pulse-width modulated (PWM) ultrasound frequency is modulated by the audio-signal and the resultant total signal is subsequently relayed via two electrodes (piezo-ceramic or ferrite) by skin contact, bone-conduction or via vestibular system, relayed to the long-term memory.
