The object of the present invention is to provide an anti-tumor and anti-angiogenic agent of p43 (SEQ ID NO : 2) consisting of two domains, N-terminal domain (146 amino acids) and C-terminal domain (166 amino acids), wherein C-terminal domain consists of 11 beta -strands forming a structural core and 3 flanking alpha -helices.
