The subject of the invention is a coupler, which includes a frame (1) with a fixing part (2, 11, 12) a low pass filter (3, 4, 5) and one or several coupler heads (9). Characteristic to a coupler according to the invention is that there is at least one conductor (4) insulated from the frame and functioning as a coil in the coupler, and that there is one or several capacitors (3, 5) at least in one end of the conductor.
