The invention relates to the production of highly nutritional and bioactive food products and food additives comprising honey and homogenized tissues of an animal nature which are not heat-treated. The inventive method consists in mixing the honey with the tissues of an animal nature during the homogenization thereof in order to obtain a homogenous mass in the form of an emulsion, which afterwards is vacuum evaporated to the point of initial humidity of the honey.
