The toothpaste is forced out by a propellant when a valve (5) is opened by a slide control (6), to pass through openings (4) at the head (3) of the toothbrush. Or the toothpaste can be pressed out manually. The toothbrush head can be detached or it is in one piece with the toothbrush handle.
