<p>A fail analyzer requiring less man-hour for printing and editing the results of fail analysis. A print item setting section (22) sets various detail items required for print including the resolution of a printer (60). A print data generating section (20) generates print data including a general purpose data format while taking account of the resolution. The print data is sent to the printer (60) and printed on a specified sheet. Alternatively, the print data is outputted to a file and stored in an analysis result data storing section (40).</p> |
