The bag (4) is filled with a fluid which provides good conduction of the shock waves provided by the shock wave source and is made from a rubber elastic material, with different wall thicknesses, allowing the size of the bag to be varied, so that the expansibility of the bag increases moving outwards from the central rotational axis (8).
