<p>A formulation for depositing a film on a substrate comprising 5 to 79.9 wt.% of an alkylene trialkoxy terminated polysiloxane; 0.01 to 5 wt.% of a catalyst; 20 to 94.99 to wt.% of a volatile diluent, and, optionally, 0.01 to 5 wt.% of an alkoxysilane and 0.1 to 25 wt.% of a filler. The formulations are especially valuable for forming films to be used in personal care of healthcare applications.</p> |
