The coupling device has a holder (6) for the video camera (7) and a clamp (1) for securing it to the operation field illumination lamp via the fixing between the light source and the hollow rear reflector (8). A pair of perpendicular electric motors (3,5), which are coupled to an operating device via respective cables, are used for movement of the video camera about a horizontal axis (3a) and a vertical axis (5a).
