SUBSTANCE: each channel of filter comprises mixer, low-frequency filter of difference frequency and differentiation unit connected in series. First inputs of mixers are tied up together and present input of filter and their second inputs are connected correspondingly to first ad second outputs of quadrature frequency generator. Tracking filter-processor is supplemented with four signal retrieval and storage units, switch, analog-to-digital converter, microprocessor of momentary values of difference frequency and interface connected to above-mentioned units and quadrature frequency generator.
