The device for the extension and adjustment of the spine consisting of the base (1), table (4), handgrips (2 and 3), handgrip clamps (10), table tilting bar (6) and stairs (5), constructed according to this invention is designed for therapy of patients who can perform extension and adjustment of their spine by themselves using a natural movement and weight of their bodies.
