<p>Disclosed is a method for entering into an insurance contract between an insurer and insurant on on-line in a simple and reliable way, and more particularly, a method for entering into the insurance contract, which makes possible of both parties to avoid the complicated process for buying and selling an insurance and obtain the mutual reliability, the method including the steps of: suggesting an agreement on on-line for entering into the contract, inputting personnel ID and digital signature of the insurant for informing whether the agreement is understandable or not, and inputting the same for confirming the recognition of the duty of declaration. Furthermore, the insurer could transmit the contract to the insurant on on-line, and the insurant could input the identification signal, which is previously set between contractors, and transmit the inputted signal, thereby entering into the insurance contract.</p> |
