Several substrates (4-6) have laminated ceramic capacitors mounted on the upper surfaces and are stacked with intermediate electroconductive spacers (21,22) for connecting the circuits on the substrates. A switching module is attached on the undersurface of the substrate of the lowest layer by a fixing device. An Independent claim is included for an inverter.
