A commodity antitheft implement for preventing opening of cases accumulating therein commodities for rent or various commodities for sales f or the purpose of theft of the commodities in question, for preventing cases accumulating therein commodities from being taken out of the store without permission, wherein it is possible to eliminate shielding operations by arranging tags preventing case s from being taken out without permission to be left in the store. The case is comprised of a box body including an opening portion fir taking a commodity in and out and a cover body provided at the box body through hinge s to open and close the opening portion, and opening of the case is made difficul t by inserting a key member into through holes provided at overlapping peripheral walls of the case.
