<p>A hybrid driving device is provided with an engine shaft I, a motor shaft II, and a countershaft III. A parking gear 54, which has conventionally been placed on the countershaft, is placed on the engine shaft I to reduce torque loads applied to parts associated with a parking mechanism 8 and, at the same time, the countershaft is placed so as not to overlap an engine or a motor in a radial direction as a result of an axial length being shortened, thereby shortening the distance between the engine shaft and the motor shaft. The parts associated with the parking mechanism are placed in a dead space of an oil pan near a valve body, being supported by the valve body and a casing wall, thereby cutting down on space required for arrangement. <IMAGE></p> |
