An apparatus for the use to relieve pain from a groin injury, and in particular a "groin pull" is provided. The apparatus comprises a button which exerts pressure on the muscles in the pubic arch area of the injured person so as to provide at least temporary, partial relief of the pain associated with such an injury. The button is held in place by a series of straps. In this manner, the person, and particularly an athlete, is able to continue with sporting activities in spite of the groin injury.
