The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human protein 10 containing characteristic sequence of replicative DNA polymerase A family, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as hemorrhagic disease, metabolism disorder, tumor, development disorder, inflammation, and immune disorders. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses. In addition, it refers to the use of said polynucleotide encoding this new human protein 10 containing characteristic sequence of replicative DNA polymerase A family. |
