PURPOSE: To control the orientation of a fiber and to reduce anisotropy to achieve the improvement of warpage deformation and the reduction of non-uniform orientation by providing a stock removed groove to the whole or a part of the end surface of a fiber-containing thermoplastic synthetic resin compsn. and strongly orienting the fiber in the direction substantially in parallel to the direction of the stock removed groove. CONSTITUTION: The flow terminal injected into the central part of the cavity of a main body 2 from a gate 2a by an injection means reaches a plate-shaped peripheral end expanding in an almost circular shape and forms an end groove to fill the same. When the end groove is arranged, the fiber orientation of the groove arranged part can be controlled and the fiber strongly oriented along the shape of an outer peripheral end in the direction right-angled to flow when the end groove is not arranged is changed in the direction parallel to the end groove and the non-uniformity of the anisotropy of fiber orientation and molding shrinkage is reduced and a resin can be allowed to approach a molding shrinkage behavior other than an end surface part and warpage deformation can be improved. The dimensional shape of the stock removed groove can be arbitrarily set and is changed corresponding to conditions such as the matrix kind of a resin material, a fiber, the shape and thickness of a molded product, a molding condition or a gate position. |
