An oligopeptide or a salt thereof represented by the following amino acid sequence (I): Lys-Ser-Ile-Glu-Gln-Ser-Cys-Asp-Gln-Asp-Glu which is useful for an active ingredient of a medicament such as a hair growth promoting agent, or the above oligopeptide which includes amino acid variations, or the above oligopeptide modified with biotin and the like.
