The window-casement or door-leaf (2) is movably connected by at least one fitting (6) to the fixed frame (1). At least one rabbet-arm (7) of the fitting rests on the casement or rabbet-surface (4) of the door-leaf. The at least one covering-arm (8) of the fitting rests on the covering surface (3) of the casement or door-leaf which incorporates at least one sealing element (5), sealing the intermediate cavity between the casement or door-leaf and the fixed frame. One edge (23) of the seal fits into a groove (21) in the rabbet surface. A U-shaped seal-pocket (9) in the rabbet surface is situated between the covering arm and the rabbet-arm, and has a container (24) for the edge of the seal. |
