The sleeve (9) has an end wall provided with an opening which cooperates with a moving part on the free end of the guide (7) in order to form a rotary coupling between the sleeve and guide. A hole opener for rotary crush drilling in essentially the gravitational force direction comprises a drill head (1), a number of saddles (3) mounted on the drill head, a number of rock-removing rollers (5a, 5b) rotatably mounted in the saddles, a guide receivable by a pilot hole, a sleeve rotatably mounted on the guide and provided with wear protection on the outside, and a mechanism (11) for coupling the hole opener to the rotary drill tube in a drilling machine. The sleeve is provided with a means for releasably securing it to the guide. The sleeve has an end wall provided with an opening which cooperates with a moving part on the free end of the guide in order to form a rotary coupling between the sleeve and guide.
