PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processor capable of satisfactorily maintaining detection sensitivity of an illegal card even though a control board is separated from a card reader. SOLUTION: A high frequency radio wave emitted from a high frequency oscillation circuit 70 provided in a card housing part is induced to the lead wire of the illegal card inserted into the card housing part, a signal appearing on a contact terminal coming into contact with the external terminal of the card connected to the lead wire is received by a receiving circuit 45 provided in the card housing part, and the inserted card is decided to be an illegal card on the basis of its reception output. Because the lead wire of the illegal card is made a receiving antenna for receiving radio waves emitted in the housing, the influence to the reception output due to the thickness and position of the lead is small and the illegal card can reliably be detected. |
