<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailing system for safely delivering the contents of a message which is to be exchanged between members participating in a mailing list. SOLUTION: The mail server of this mailing system is provided with; a broadcast mail server 9 for managing the mailing list, receiving the identifier of the mailing list and an enciphered message, which is enciphered by a common key from a transmitting side client 1 and transferring the enciphered message to a receiving side client 12 designated on the mailing list; and a key-managing server 3 for receiving a key-managing request containing the common key and a request for managing the common key from the transmitting side client 1, storing the key managing request, receiving from the receiving side client 12 a key-sending request for requesting the dispatch of the common key for deciphering the enciphered message, extracting the common key suited to the key sending request from the common key contained in the stored key managing request, and transmitting the common key to the receiving side client.</p> |
