PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-to-digital converter capable of accurately conducting an operation confirmation test in a short time. SOLUTION: In an operation confirmation test of the analog-to-digital converter for comparing an input voltage with a reference voltage, another reference voltage having a different voltage value is utilized instead of the input voltage. Thus, it is not necessary to conduct a plurality of times of tests while changing the input voltage, and the operation confirmation of the analog-to- digital converter can be accurately executed by one time test.
