PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking information system, a communication device (a terminal device), and a cooking device to suppress the expense burden of the manufacturer and the purchaser of the cooking device and increase the efficiency of utilization of a recipe and a cooking work, in a cooking work to confirm a recipe of cooking transmitted through a communication circuit and effect cooking by using the cooking device. SOLUTION: From a central device 30, cooking information is transmitted to a terminal device 20, such as a portable telephone set the diffusion rate of which is high, (S204). The terminal device 20 receives cooking information (S205), and displays a recipe indicated by information, such as image information, contained in received cooking information (S207). Further, cooking information is transmitted to the cooking device 10 from a radio communicating means 23, to which general purpose type and low-cost specifications, such as Bluetooth, is applied, (S208).
