PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter having no black matrix in which color pixels do not peel even when a bead is dissolved and removed by overdevelopment after exposure, markers for position confirmation of color pixels can be formed in the inner position of the substrate avoiding only the bead width 81 without requiring addition of the width corresponding to fluctuation in removing the bead. SOLUTION: When the marker 13 for position confirmation of color pixels is to be formed on a substrate 1 by using the same photosensitive color resin as the photosensitive color resin used for the formation of color pixels simultaneously, forming the color pixels, a photosensitive color resin containing a silane coupling agent is used as the photosensitive color resin. Or before applying the photosensitive color resin on the substrate, the substrate is treated with a silane coupling agent. |
