PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and an information providing method with which both a consumer side and a supplier side can obtain information that is valuable to themselves, many and various people are promoted to participate and new transactions are easily generated, and a recording medium on which software for information providing is recorded. SOLUTION: This information providing system 1 consists of an ID information management center 2, a marketing information management center 3, an information distribution management center 4, a settlement center 5, a transaction DB 6, a point DB 7, an analysis result DB 8, a customer DB 9, a merchandise DB 10, a media DB 11 and a management toll DB 12 which are connected through a network so that they can mutually transmit and receive information. The center 2 has a card managing part 20 and a member managing part 21. The center 3 has an analyzing part 30, a retrieving part 31 and an ID connection information generating part 32. The center 4 has an information by areas distributing part 40, an information by media distributing part 41 and a tool distributing part 42. |
