<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for image formation and a device for image formation which have satisfactory rising property of electrification, environmental stability of electrification and offset resistance at high temperatures, offset resistance at low temperature, high productivity and superior storage property with respect to heat and with which images of high image quality can be obtained. SOLUTION: The toner for image formation is an electrostatic charge image developing toner and contains at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and a release agent. In the toner, at least a nonlinear polyester resin (A), containing a metal compound of aromatic oxycarboxylic acid having 30 to 70 mg KOH/g hydroxyl value and three or higher valences of the center metal, is used for the binder resin.</p> |
