PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a circularly polarized wave antenna effectively by decreasing the number of parts significantly. SOLUTION: The antenna unit comprises a dielectric substrate 12 produced by laminating and firing a plurality of planar dielectric layers, an antenna part 18 comprising two linearly polarized wave antennas (first and second linearly polarized wave antennas 14, 16) formed of an electrode film, an earth electrode 20 formed at least on the lower surface of the dielectric substrate 12, and a phase circuit 22 incorporated in the dielectric substrate 12. |
