LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition for an automatic transmission having a high torque capacity for wet friction material and a goodμ(friction coefficient)-V (sliding velacity) character for the automatic transmission and excellent in storing stability in high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil composition for the automatic transmission comprises a lubricating base oil comprising a mineral oil and/or a synthetic oil formulated with (A) a friction modifier, (B) a metal cleaning agent, and (C) an ashless dispersing agent and the (C) an ashless dispersing agent is a succinimide including boron atoms less than three boron atoms per molecule.
