PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive phasing system capable of improving performance of an adaptive phasing apparatus. SOLUTION: The adaptive phasing system is provided with a first weighting factor computing means and a second weighting factor updating means. The first weighting factor computing means computes the optimal solution of a weighting factor, in the time width of which the average is obtained from both the inverse matrix of the time means value of the auto-correlation matrix of the input signal of an adaptive filter 7 and the time mean value of the correlation vector between the input signal and reference signal of the adaptive filter 7. The second weighting factor updating means uses the instantaneous value of the input signal of the adaptive filter 7 and the instantaneous value of the error signal, obtained by subtracting the output signal of the adaptive filter 7 from the reference signal of the adaptive filter 7, to sequentially update the weighting factor of the adaptive filter 7 at the time, and computing the first weighting factor at fixed time intervals and initializing the computed first weighting factor as the initial value of the sequentially updated second weighting factor, the changes in the first weighting factor at the computed time intervals are obtained by the sequentially updated second weighting factor, and the obtained second weighting factor is taken as the weighting factor of the adaptive filter 7.
