PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting which can be adjusted easily in position and can firmly fix a printed board. SOLUTION: This fitting is composed of a rail member 10 fixed to the internal surface of an enclosure, shaft members 40 fixed to the rail member 10, and clamp members 40 which can be fixed slidably to the shaft members 40. Each clamp member 20 is fitted with a rubber member 30, which can lock the card edge of a printed board 1a or 1b. The clamp member 20 is also provided with a means which fixes two parts in an overlapping state, where the holes of the parts communicate with each other, and a structure in which the shaft section of one shaft member 40 is passed through the holes, and at least part of the inner peripheral surface of one hole is protruded to stop sliding of the clamping member 20 with respect to the shaft member 40. It is preferable to provide a structure such that a part of the periphery of the hole of the first part is composed of an elastic piece and projects out toward the inside of the hole by means of a projection, in a state where the projection is elongated from one end of the hole of the second part and the first and second parts are fixed in an overlapped state.
