PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate of a planographic printing plate which requires no dampening water, capable of attaining high adhesion of the base to a layer adjacent to the base, even when a plastic film base is used and free from falling of a photosensitive material layer such as a silicone rubber layer in a production step, a plate-making step, a printing step, etc. SOLUTION: An undercoat layer, containing particles of at least one metal oxide selected from among a group comprising ZnO, SnO2, Al2O3, In2O3, MgO, BaO, MoO3, V2O5 and their multiple oxides, a photothermal conversion layer and a silicone rubber layer are successively stacked on a plastic film base to obtain the objective original plate. The fine metal oxide particles preferably contain an atom different from the metal, e.g., Sb, Nb or halogen atoms. |
