PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile server device which can enable a receiver of the transfer destination to easily confirm the true caller when the image data received as G3FAX are transferred as Internet FAX. SOLUTION: This facsimile server device can transfer the image data received via a facsimile as Internet FAX and has a means which adds a transfer message including a caller's telephone number 27 that is acquired in the facsimile reception mode to a header 24 or text 25 of the Internet FAX in its transfer mode.
