PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and its assembling method for cost reduction and improved shield effect and assembly workability, without having to use of another piece, such as a conductive member. SOLUTION: A conductive shield member 5 for electromagnetically shielding a first circuit board 2 against is connected electrically to a ground part 2a of the first circuit board 2, while a ground part 3a of a second circuit board 3 jointed to the first circuit board 2 is connected electrically to the shield member 5, thereby constituting electromagnetic shield.
