PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor signal output controller through which an optimum display is provided for a monitor by making a filter circuit switchable when outputting an image in a conventional information processor, switchable. SOLUTION: The controller makes the display on a monitor connected to an information processor optimum. The controller is provided with n (where n is a natural number equal to or greater than two) filter means which conduct filtering processes for display signals to be displayed on the monitor. a constant selection signal output means which outputs constant selection signals having n values in accordance with the switching states and a filter circuit switching means which selects one filter means that passes display signals from n filter means based on the constant selection signals and outputs display signals for the selected filter means.
