PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent circuit exfoliation and generation of burrs on surface. SOLUTION: When a work 1, where a plurality of molded circuit boards 10 are collectively molded in a unified body, is cut and divided into individual molded circuit boards 10, trenches 3 for cutting are formed in parts of the work 1 which are to be cut, from the single-surface side of the work 1. Cutting is performed to the parts to be cut from the other surface side. Down-cut to both of the surfaces of the work can be performed. When burrs are generated, they will not appear on the surfaces.
