PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics and high reliability, particularly excellent terminal stability. SOLUTION: Magnet powder is composed of an alloy composition shown in Rx(Fe1-aCoa)100-x-y-zByMz (where R represents at least one kind of a rare earth element excepting Dy, M at least one kind of an element in Ti, Cr, Nb, V, Mo, Hf, W, Mn, Zr and Dy, x: 7.1-9.9 atomic %, y: 4.6-8.0 atomic %, z: 0.1-3.0 atomic % and a: 0-0.30), and constituted of a composite texture having hard magnetic phase and soft magnetic phase, and a maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max [kJ/m3] at room temperature satisfies the relationship of (BH)max/ρ2 [×10-9 J.m3/g2]>=2.40 and intrinsic coercive force Hcj at room temperature is 400-750 kA/m when magnet powder is mixed with a bonding resin and compression-molded and the bonded magnet having density ρ [Mg/m3] is manufactured. |
