PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system in which data for a contract document are entered in a computer, the data for the contract document are divided into operation units, and each of divided units is managed individually to prevent omission in reporting and work. SOLUTION: This work management system includes a contract information input means that inputs the job site name, name of work and work cycle, on the basis of the contract content of building management, etc.; a work sheet producing means that divides inputted contract information into work sheets; an execution report input means that inputs execution report into the divided work sheet; and a work sheet summarizing means that summarizes work sheets at prescribed periods. The work instruction and execution report are carried out based on the work sheets, and the work situation is grasped by summarizing the work sheets. |
