PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing system that enables a planner to make smoothly a housing plan by taking a buyer's time, his taste, and a house resale conditions for further sales consideration, when the housing plan is made via a DIY method of delivering blocks and parts. SOLUTION: The housing system consists of a manufacture 7, a member 10, and a vendor 8. The manufacturer 7 manufactures each block and each part and sells them to the member 10, when the member 10 makes a new housing plan. The manufacturer 7 asks the vendor 8 to construct a foundation and the like and the vendor who is being paid; does the construction work contracted with the member 10. The manufactures sends drawings that fit the taste of each member to the member 10. For the case in which the member 10 selects freely and constructs the new house that fits his taste, he works in cooperation with those among his family, friends and acquaintances in a manner of volunteer, and these coworkers register their points gained as ecomoney to the maker 7. |
