PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a single or parallel image processing requests by enabling necessary slave devices in a sleep state to perform proper normal operation according to inputted data processing contents even when individual slave devices are in a sleep state. SOLUTION: A copying machine 1 itself decides in sleep mode whether or not a data processing request which is inputted is a request to place plural slave copying machines 2 to 4 in parallel processing or single processing and the respective slave devices in the sleep state are put back into a normally operable state according to the decision result. |
